Excellent content. I thought I was a pretty savvy Gmail user - but Tim takes it to a new level. Very good real-world use examples and tips that you can implement right away. I did several while watching the video.

If you use Gmail - you have to watch this. If you don't - you need to get an account today.

Thanks Tim.

Excellent tips guys. Thanks so much for putting this together. I'm 80% through your presentation at this time. If you don't cover it, I'd like to hear how you might use it with a small staff. IOW, do you have one staff - your office manager - receive all emails and sort them for others to view when they log in? or seperate email addresses. How do you use this most effectively for a small staff (versus in some cases, a single entrepreneur). Phil
